Project Manager - Facilities

Description:
As a Project Manager / Space Planner with client, you will actively engage with key stakeholders and serve as the single point of contact for space planning requests, furniture reconfigurations and general space inquiries.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Maintain a complete and up-to-date data base of plans and room attributes for the entire portfolio. (Leased and Owned) properties.
* Prepare and present space use statistics, customized analysis, floor plans and space data in graphic formats
* Evaluate the necessity and feasibility of requests for internal moves, furnishings and equipment
* Prepare drawings, graphs, photographs and other applicable materials to test the fit of proposed moves, reconfigurations and furnishing and to illustrate planning objectives and options
* Work collaboratively with offices responsible for scheduling space to achieve the greatest possible level of space use efficiency.
* Work collaboratively with other buildings team members, numerous architects, engineers and facilities managers to generate space programs for construction and renovation projects
* Assign and classify space according to applicable industry and clients standards and procedures
* Develop and maintain space management software and website
* Participate in the capital improvement planning processes as assigned
* Assist the Office and Real Estate Manager as needed
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Great customer service and strong team ethic
4-7 years experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Architectural degree and experience preferred; higher education space planning experience preferred; software for database management, CAD, graphics and spreadsheets skills preferred
