Description:
Document processes and define function-specific requirements

Establish project timelines ensure their implementation

Carry out improvement projects of various magnitudes, relating to Material Control (warehousing, internal transport, Expeditor)

Act as change agent at all levels

Propose and implement improvement ideas

Participate, organize, and facilitate improvement workshops with various stakeholders

Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, Logistics or Operations Management, or equivalent training/experience.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant employment experience.

Teamwork skills are proven and you are recognized for your leadership.

Are motivated by continuous improvement and enjoy project management.

Are at ease in a unionized environment.

Are ready to travel as required.

Are bilingual (French, English) must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must have experience in Project Management or Project Engineering, certification in Project Management is an asset.

Experience in logistics, warehousing and production start-up is an asset.

Must be proficient with MS Office applications including MS Project, Power Point, Excel and Access.

Knowledge of SAP and SAP-EWM is an asset.

An understanding of aerospace product certification is an asset.

Must have excellent negotiation, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
