Logistics Management Analyst

Description:
Location: Fort Benning, FL
Rate: $30.00/HR
Duration: 4 month contract

****MUST be a U.S. Citizen****
****MUST have an Active Secret Clearance or to have had one within the last 2 years****

Job Description:
- Controls the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between points of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements.
- Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives.
- Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions.
- Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.

Capabilities Analyst Support:
- Display expert knowledge of Project programs in the preparation of various staff action requirements to be used in presentations, staff planning/working groups and for information papers.
- Develop general knowledge of emerging software systems such as Socialcast, Trello, Defense Ready, or Slack in the event that the organization desires to utilize new systems for project management, planning, or data management processes.
- Work in a small team to focus on small and long term projects, facilitate project management by others, and advise the organization on best practices/solutions to ongoing projects/planning efforts.
- Maintain continuity on projects, developing organizational understanding through graphics, data management, and other forms of communication.
- Communicate and develop relationships with outside organizations to pollinate ideas inside and out of the SOF community.
- Design and resource efforts and solutions through military processes as required.

Education:
- Level 3: BS+6-10 YRS or MS+4-8 YRS
