Job Purpose: Business Process Management (BPM) expert using K2 platform. Working relationship executive in initial discovery and development of solution.
Job Responsibilities: Assist team in working with the following: -Actively participate in preparations and delivery in discovery meeting with client for BPM -Develop BPM practices collateral and sales presentation information based off of above meeting -Actively participate in preparations and delivery of value proposition meeting with client -Serve as a SME for the company in BPM practices
Create and present formal documentation of findings Work directly with internal and external resources to define appropriate scope and expectations for initiatives Determine appropriate tool set within defined methodology- Lean Six Sigma, RUP, Project Management Business Analysis Participate, Facilitate or Lead peer and other internal reviews for verification of adherence to quality, scope, methodology standards Travels domestically and internationally up to 70%. Performs all duties with minimal supervision according to company core values with expectations of paramount professionalism, quality, cross-functional collaboration, and respect for others. Effectively manage time, priorities, resources, tasks and deliverables with efficiency, heightened sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
Skills Required: Subject Matter Expert on K2/BPM Proven ability to lead and execute through completion on Six Sigma initiatives including the definition, measurement and analysis of quantifiable business problems Senior level business analysis skills not limited to requirements elicitation, documentation and analysis Intermediate level Project Management skills Intermediate level understanding of BPM or workflow technology Expert level knowledge of MS Office Suite including Visio. Intermediate level knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies such as Rational Unified Process (RUP) Intermediate level knowledge of the financial services or equivalent service industry domain Intermediate level ability in statistical analysis including use of tools like Minitab or JMP Expert level formal process documentation and modeling using tools such as Visio Pro, UML, Use Cases Expert level communication (written and verbal) and presentation abilities to facilitate participation in requirements gathering and training sessions. Strong leadership, relationship management active listening and consultative skills to lead and facilitate collaborative work sessions within teams and across teams.
