Description: PDS Tech, Inc is seeking a candidate for the Contract Administrator 1 position located in Malvern, FL. Responsibilities:
• Administer high-volume; complex federal healthcare contracts, primarily an IDIQ prime contract, but some work with Federal Supply Schedule laboratory diagnostics/point of care contracts may be required. • Perform government order and contract analysis, price/discount checks, and respond to internal requests regarding the status of purchase orders and modifications. • Identify unusual contract situations, or potential areas of noncompliance, and report these situations to management. • Review and process modification requests for federal orders. • Assist in reviewing and processing proposals/contracts for specific business units, maintenance of contract files and signature of agreements in accordance with corporate policies and contract requirements; assist in preparing reports and other filings with federal agencies and databases. Requirements:
• Understanding of the administrative tasks required to administer contracts for sale of medical imaging and laboratory diagnostics/point of care equipment, medical software and related products and services. • Possess attention to detail skills, and willingness to process large amounts of data and documentation. • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines/schedules. • Ability to work independently and work effectively in a highly matrixed, high-volume, fast-paced environment. • Must possess strong written and oral communications skills. • Must have ability to coordinate multiple activities associated with complex contract administration and processes.
