Join the Client Completions Centre responsible for the production of the Client aircraft. Our goal is to provide the ultimate customer experience for the world most luxurious business aircraft cabin interiors.
Work in a team of engineers to support special projects, the production floor and new product development.
Sign off on packages of engineering drawings ensuring compliance to regulations.
Write test plans, test reports and other support documentation.
Work closely with the flammability cell and propose solutions to flammability issues.
Support certification and qualification documentation review from our suppliers.
Support a flexible work schedule.
Have a degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials or Chemical engineering (or equivalent), with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Materials & Process engineering.
Have a strong background in materials, manufacturing processes and chemical processes.
Are familiar with aircraft interior materials and processes, including but not limited to composite panels, assembly techniques and cabinet finishing.
Are familiar with flammability certification requirements as per FAR 25.
Are familiar with engineering drawings and drafting principles.
Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Have the ability to resolve engineering problems in a manufacturing environment and able to manage very complex and critical engineering projects with minimal supervision.
Have strong communication skills both in English (written, spoken) and French (spoken).
Have practical knowledge and experience of CATIA/Enovia V5.
Must have practical knowledge and experience in aircraft structure and completion components.
Paid – 3 Mths Only - @ $225 per. Wk
