Contract Position

$25.10-$26.42/Hour

Responsibilities:

Perform routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual operations.
Fiber optic clean and inspection, light loss testing and installation.
Bond & Ground including CRNs, jumpers, ground stud installation & resistance testing.
Verify installations of assemblies by team members as an “MFPP” Quality delegated MT.
Inspect to ensure First Pass Quality (FPQ) is attained per engineering drawings and specifications.
Verify and ensure FAA compliance with Quality Management System.
Responsible for ensuring that the contractor will be prepared with proper documentation to validate US Person Status and fulfill the requirements of the U.S. ECCVF.
Ensure your teams are discussing the below requirements with candidates and confirming that they have a valid document for badging.
Routie of wire harness to supports per blueprint instruction & Boeing specifications for the 787
program.
Build connectors, splicing wires, crimping, and terminating wires.
Install connectors to receptacles and electronic components.
Perform repairs, rework processes to incorporate authorized changes outlined by engineering
instructions

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED combined with 1 + year of relevant work experience.
Experienced in wire routing
Experienced in wire dressing
Experienced in wire hook ups
Experienced in wire resistance/continuity checks
Experienced in basic rework (basic wire repair).
Must have a minimun 1 year of relevant electrical manufacturing and/or aviation experience.
Experience understanding and interpreting detailed written and verbal work instructions and processes.
