Aircraft Technician - Vertical Lift

Description:
Responsibilities:

Complete documentation accurately
Operate tools and equipment such as wire strippers, crimpers, wire identification and associated tools
Assemble, disassemble, install, test, troubleshoot, rework, repair and modify aircraft mechanical or electrical assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, systems, following manufacturing planning, blueprints, schematics, process specifications, engineering sketches, written and oral instructions.
Identify nonconforming parts, conditions and processes.
Inspect assemblies, component parts, and airframe structures for non-conformance.
Report discrepancies to manufacturing self-examination (MSE), corrective action (C/A), or manufacturing supervision.
Ensure all assemblies and detail parts are free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and non-conformance issues.
Report all non-conformances to manufacturing supervision or corrective action representative.
Prepare rejection tags noting deviations from specifications on dimensions, finishes, material, processes, or quality when required.
Follow all safety procedures and reports unsafe conditions to safety officials or manufacturing supervision.
Report on job status and restraints to coworkers and supervision.
Identify production inefficiencies and suggest potential improvements to product or process.
Work in a team atmosphere and displays a positive attitude
Work overtime as required

Qualifications:

Effective verbal and written communication skills
Electrical technician with wire harness experience,
