Systems Integration / Test Engineer

Job Description:
1. Our Client, SOF GLSS (Special Operations Forces Global Logistics Support Services) is seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer for Fixed Winged platforms - primarily variants of the C-130 - in support of our Special Operations Forces Support Activity (SOFSA) program in Fort Walton Beach, FL.
2. This program is critical to the success of US service men and women deployed throughout the world.
3. Our mission is to rapidly and properly equip the SOF community and its war fighters with the best possible systems and equipment anywhere in the world.

Primary job responsibilities include the following:
1. Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems.
2. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints.
3. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.
4. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.
5. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
6. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance.
7. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.

Education:
1. Level 2: BS+3-5 YRS or MS+0-3 YRS
2. Systems experience required.
3. Testing and Development experience required.
4. Develop/execute test plans experience required.
5. Validation Test Plans experience required.
