Software Developer/Engineer

Description:
This team develops software solutions for the V-22 Osprey, an advanced multi-mission helicopter for the Marines, Air Force, Navy, and International defense forces. You will work as a member of a growing team to implement updates to existing software and design new software for enhanced capabilities.
The successful applicant will work on a cross-functional team with system engineers, software developers and system test engineers to translate system and software requirements into layered architectural solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for activities spanning the entire software life-cycle including but not limited to planning, design, implementation, and test. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing quality products, have strong communication skills, and are capable of working in a multi-tasking environment while supporting multiple projects concurrently. The successful candidate will help generate software design artifacts, implement software changes, support design and code reviews, support software testing and resolution of issues arising from software testing. The successful candidate may also work to develop and test innovative solutions in support of advanced projects and experiments.

Required: Experience with Java, Angular, and Bootstrap.

Desired: Experience with GWT, JSP, jquery. Additionally preferred: Javascript, Oracle SQL, XML, schema knowledge, old HTML knowledge, Ajax concepts, Tomcat, Perl, VB, Access/Derby databasing, Visual Basic, Oracle Forms, Unix/Linux, CShell, Oracle DB.

Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.
