Portfolio Analyst

Description:
What does a great Portfolio Analyst do?
As a Portfolio Analyst in ePayments you will be responsible for supporting the various day-to-day activities of the Strategic Project Management Office in creating executive presentations, monitoring data sets, tracking progress and updating online systems of record. You will also have the opportunity to work with internal and external functional areas to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude portfolio-related initiatives. A key focus will be the coordination and completion of quality assurance tracking, metric, and organizational reporting for the Strategic Project Management Office.
Compile data to measure and report on all KPI’s
Develop reports for Portfolio metrics on a weekly basis to management
Prepare informal and formal presentations
Assist with portfolio and project updates in the portfolio management tool
Assist with SharePoint Updates
Coordinate meetings, as needed, to initiate working sessions, resolve project issues, etc.
Perform other duties as required
 
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
1+ years of portfolio analysis, reporting, or data extraction experience
College degree or equivalent experience
Proven ability to compile and analyze data into meaningful and fact-based conversations
Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment with the ability to adapt to change and priorities as a trusted business partner.
Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to perform root cause analysis
Ability to build relationships with and influence other functional areas
Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to constantly changing priorities with minimal direction or guidance

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Experience working with various reporting and Project/Portfolio tools, such as VersionOne, Clarity as well as MS PowerBI or other Business Intelligence tools
Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries running Software-as-a-Service
