Microsoft Office 365/SharePoint Support Analyst

Description:
Purpose and Scope: 

Under direct supervision, formulate and define systems scope and objectives through user needs and an understanding of business systems and industry requirements.

Essential Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to user support requests regarding the following topics: creating and customizing SharePoint site collections, sites, lists or libraries, forms, workflows, metadata, user access and experience. Design, develop and provide training for customized solutions. Will work closely with business operations to ensure solutions answer their needs and solve their problems. Prioritize and maintain commitments and delivery dates for multiple projects and customers, simultaneously. Development and maintenance of technical design artifacts and requirements documentation.
    Communication with clients as required: keeping them informed of project progress, impending changes, and agreed upon outages. Interpret and discuss information with others and regularly provide advice and recommend actions involving complex issues. Demonstrate professional attitude with client over the phone, on-site and through emails to resolve all client requests/questions.
    US Citizenship Required.
    Must be able to work independently, strong remote worker skills. Occasional travel may be required. 
    Desired Knowledge/Skills:
  2. SharePoint 2016+, specifically custom site configuration and user support
  3. SharePoint site customization, design and delivery
  4. SharePoint Forms and Workflow; InfoPath and SharePoint Designer
  5. Troubleshooting and Issue Analysis
  6. Customer Service Focus
  7. Clear and effective communicator, verbal and written
  8. Ability to work independently and a strong desire for personal and professional development
  9. Ability to identify and evaluate trends in industry best practice policies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent.
  • Excellent communications and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated working knowledge and extensive experience in SharePoint and related software, such as InfoPath and SharePoint Designer
  • Position may require the ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and design solutions to problems in operational hardware and software.
  • Position may require travel.

Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
