Location: Fort Bragg, NC

Minimum Clearance: Top Secret Clearance

Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED

What You’ll Do:

Order materials, tools and instruments, preparing reports and maintaining records on equipment and preventive maintenance.
Complete required paper work timely and accurately.
Troubleshoot equipment failures both in service center and on customer locations.
Install, maintain and repair electronic pneumatic devices related to HVAC control.
Practice and promote safe working conditions in accordance with OSHA, and other required regulations.
Maintain chillers.
Assure that heating, ventilation and air condition systems are operating in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
Service water softener and check for proper operation of hot water and steam boilers.
Service HVAC and exhaust systems, fan blowers, including filters, lubrications, thermostats, and controls for the entire building.
Service all building components including all physical, structure and mechanical equipment.

What You’ll Need:

Top Secret Clearance
Must be a certificated HVAC technician.

*U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma/GED
