Aerospace Master Scheduler W/Top Secret Clearance

Description:
*This is a full time, 6 month contract to hire position located in Palmdale, CA*
*Active Top Secret required*

We are searching for an aerospace contract Master Scheduler who will be responsible for the development and maintenance of an integrated master plan / schedule for DoD large systems proposals, programs and integration projects.

Candidate responsibilities will include establishing baseline IMS/IMP across multiple functional areas, getting weekly schedule status to monitor actual vs planned results, identifying schedule-related risks/issues and tracking progress against mitigation plan, assisting with the integration of activities and ensuring congruent flow toward expected result, preparing schedule reports/metrics and presenting to senior management, tracking contract deliverables within the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in addition to IMP , WBS and validation of progress to meet contract requirements.

Required:
*Active Top Secret Clearance
*8 years’ experience as an Aerospace Master Scheduler.
*Experience with large, multi-system, multi-million dollar projects, using MS Project or Primavera P6 tool.
*Experience in writing repeatable scheduling process and procedures
*Background of developing/maintaining an integrated master schedule that analyzes, integrates, and formats cost/task information.
*Track record of meeting program deadlines/deliverables
*Able to identify and recommend mitigation for schedule-related risks/threats
*4 year degree preferred, but will accept experience in lieu of degree.

Prefer:
*PMP or PMI-SP (or DoD equivalent) Certification.
*Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)
