Equipment & Tool Designer 5 (CATIA V5 or NX 11)

Description:
• Oversees the development and integration of highly complex equipment and tooling concepts into the production system to satisfy aerospace product design and build requirements.
• Provides enterprise-wide consultation and guidance for the application of highly complex robotics, automation and new technology to optimize the build plan.
• Leads cross functional/industry teams and represents client in industry and technical associations Collaborates with the supply base on equipment and tooling build and inspection methodologies.
• Leads the implementation of best practices into functional process documentation to drive standard work.
• Consults and provides support for emergent technical issues of significance across the global production system.
• Leads and mentors others.

Education / Experience:
AA degree in related discipline and typically 9 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
