Sub-systems Engineer (Secret Clearance)

Description:
PGS Worldwide is seeking several Subsystem Engineers, with Active Secret Clearance, for the structural design, installation, and integration for various avionic structure and subsystems on a classified and unique aircraft. There is generous regular pay on this project, overtime is available, and there are substantial additional bonuses paid at regular 3 to 6 month intervals. This is an initial 15 month contract opportunity on a classified and long-term DoD project and I will respond immediately to all qualified applicants.

Engineer must be capable of taking structural design and systems/subsystems requirements and developing installation designs including line replaceable units to antenna separation, bonding requirements, hydraulic, fuel, and environmental control system tubing and harness routing.. Candidate will be completely responsible for various subsystem LRU's integration into the airplane for installation. They will be expected to identify and coordinate with the affected disciplines from Avionics, Software, Electrical, Structural Design, Material and Process Engineering and develop complete design solutions. Required to create detail designs including 3D lay-outs, assemblies, and installation drawings using CATIA V5. Must create separate detail parts lists to accompany drawings.
