ABOUT THIS POSITION
KBRwyle has a requirement for an experienced Sr. Software Test Engineer to support our operations in Pt. Mugu, CA. The candidate shall support the Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) Integrated Project Team (IPT) at Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPS) Point Mugu, CA. This will include providing software test engineering support for the AEA Unique Planning Component (UPC) as part of the Joint Mission Planning System-Maritime (JMPS-M) Framework and the suite of AEA mission planning software components that interface and operate with JMPS-M as applicable to the EA-18G “Growler” electronic attack aircraft.
The successful candidate will be responsible for testing of the AEA UPC software to include test planning, development of test procedures, execution of software requirements and functional testing, documenting and analyzing deficiencies found, and preparing test reports. The candidate’s support will encompass from detailed requirements analysis through, and including, in-depth training of other test engineers and the end users, the U.S. and RAAF EA-18G and FA-18E/F aircrew.

Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
A Master's Degree from an accredited institution and six (6) years of experience or a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and eight (8) years of experience is required.
Clearance Requirement:US Citizen with active or current DoD Secret clearance or higher clearance

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Microsoft Office products and working within an Integrated Product Team is required. Experience with JMPS software is highly desired. Experience with EA systems or Fleet aircrew experience in EA-18G or EA-6B aircraft required.
