Fighter Aircraft - Systems Engineers

Description:
Systems Test & Evaluation Engineer to help complete the system design, integration, and test for various fighter aircraft aircrew and maintenance-type trainers in support of the fighter aircraft Mission Training Center and T2 programs. This candidate must have a pilot (fighter front seat) or Weapon System Operator (fighter back seat) background and would ideally be from a fighter aircraft background. He or she would also have a working knowledge of fighter aircraft employment in all phases of flight and would be familiar with the fighter aircraft Instructor / Operator Station (IOS) currently in use. Extensive knowledge of fighter aircraft trainers is required. Instructional experience is highly desirable. This candidate will be able to assist other members of the test team in the performance of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced testing environment.

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.

FULL TIME/1ST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
Off shift and weekend work may also be occasionally required to meet contractual milestones, objectives and delivery schedules.

TRAVEL: YES
Domestic / International travel may be required to execute to contract.

MISCELLANEOUS:
