Description:
Mid level blade design engineer

Supports the development and documentation of mechanical systems and composite rotor blades to support system design requirements. Supports the development, maintenance or modification of composite rotor blade components and installation designs/proposals to provide design documentation to downstream groups. Performs and documents analyses to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications. Contributes to supplier support, test and production activities and directs the supplier to improve fabrication processes and achieve program goals. Supports rotor system component designs/proposals and standards to provide installation and detail documentation. Documents build and repair procedures on composite rotor blades. Works under general direction.
