Travel & Crew Payroll Assistant Analysts - Ypsilanti, MI

STS AeroStaff Services is hiring Travel & Crew Payroll Assistant Analysts for part time work in Ypsilanti, Michigan.

Job Summary:

The Part Time Travel and Crew Payroll assistant analyst is responsible to assist the Travel Department and Crew Payroll analyst is preparing, acquiring and/or auditing crew per-diem sheets, sick reports, hotel folios and any other travel related receipts. The Assistant Analyst will also help research pay correction requests from pilots assist as needed with other payroll and travel department reports. There will be other duties assigned as the need arises.

Job Duties:

• Assist with auditing all crew member monthly per-diem sheets
• Assist with the researching pilot pay correction requests
• Assist with processing pilot off-duty/sick sheets/banking pay reports
• Assist with preparing Pilot Authorizations (PA's) as needed
• Assist with getting hotel folios that accounting is requesting
• Assist with auditing hotel/ground and air bookings to ensure accuracy
• Travel Requests from Charters/Training/OSC/Other
• Assist as needed with booking all accommodations
• Building all reference materials for backup hotels/ground vendors
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of Travel/Hospitality industry experience
• Ability to communicate easily with a variety of individuals around the world
• Good working knowledge of excel and other Microsoft office products

Schedule:

The work schedule will be adjusted monthly to conform with payroll and travel requirements, and it will be scheduled for approximately 25 -32 hours a week.
