Desktop Support Technicians - Greenville, SC

Description:
STS AeroStaff Services is currently hiring Desktop Support Technicians for open positions in Greenville, South Carolina.

Job Duties:

• The PC Technician's role is to support and maintain and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
• This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance
• The candidate will be able to support minor networking issues and contact the appropriate parties for escalation to the appropriate parties and track completion of issue related tasks
• The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required
• Issues are assigned and tracked in a helpdesk application

Qualifications:

• One (1) year of experience or less preferred
• Associate’s Degree is required
• 1 year of relevant desktop support experience with Microsoft Windows 7 and 10, Microsoft Office suite, imaging computers, etc. is required
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs., bending, stooping, walking and standing
