STS AeroStaff Services is hiring Contract Administrators for open positions in Melbourne, Florida.

Job Duties:

• Writes commercial contracts, covering technical services, parts warranty, special programs and spare parts sales in general according to the guidelines received from the immediate superior
• Interfaces other areas/units within the company and/or with customers, discussing legal aspects related, as well as commercial and technical conditions involved
• Administrates the contractual obligations due by our unit under the terms and conditions established in the current contracts with customers
• Prepares studies and analysis related to the contracts improvements for the existing terms and conditions
• Keeps the records updated and all involved areas fully aware of its contracted obligations
