Description:
STS Technical Services is hiring Assemblers in Dodge Center, Minnesota.

Position Overview:

Recruiting for 20 traveling Assemblers to work in Dodge Center, MN for 5-6 months as part of a traveled-in workforce.

In a role like this, STS will cover all of your expenses to get you to your worksite and keep you working

Travel – PAID
Hotel accommodations – PAID
Car rental – PAID
Gas for car rental - PAID
Daily Wages: $22.00/hour with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Per diem - $61/day for meals 7 days a week = $427/week tax free
That's over $1300 week to send home to your family.

This position is responsible for safely assembling heavy equipment by following detailed instructions from supervisors and trainers. These assemblies vary in size and require the use of a variety of mechanical, electrical, and manual tools.

This is what you’ll do:
Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies
Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto trucks utilizing power equipment and wrenching techniques
Drill holes for wires, hoses and small parts
Operate a torch, plasma cutter, or grinder to cut and shape parts
Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
Complete small weldments
Install various truck accessories (decals, mud flaps, cameras, lights)
Lift and stack completed subassemblies and parts up to 65 lbs
Train and work in various areas of assembly in response to production demands
Follow verbal and written work instructions
Attention to detail necessary to adhere to quality standards
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Regular attendance required
All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned
Experience Required:
6+ months of experience in a manufacturing or general labor industry
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year(s) of experience in an assembly or mechanical occupation
