Administrative Assistant II

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Administrative Assistant II, in Anaheim, CA.
  • General administrative responsibilities include preparation of reports/presentations using various software packages and databases, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects.
  • Performs audits of various types.
  • Individuals at this level may still perform office functions outlined in the first two levels but these are not the primary focus of the position.
  • Individuals may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.
  •  Assist in complying with state & local regulations to keep our fleet on the road. This includes our package cars, tractors, trailers and yard spotters.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Gathering, completing, and processing paperwork to title, register, renew, and/or retire vehicles.
Coordinate the titling, registering and retiring of vehicles for various states in the West Region.
Obtaining various vehicle permits. • Bi-Weekly trips to the DMV (Placentia Office) with own vehicle.
Prepare credit adjustments using Access Database, Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Must pass background check for CA DMV access.
  • Education is preferred – 4 year degree or working towards it.
  • Experience with Access Database, Microsoft Excel & Word a must.
