Customer Training Specialist 2
Location: Universal City, TX
Duration: 12 months
Uses specialized software technologies to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials. Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of technical training. Assists with proposal development. Conduct QA (quality assurance) checks on electronic and printed courseware products. Assists with the administrative activities as required.
Minimum 3 years experience working with electronic and printed training materials. Intermediate/user level skills on MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) required. Intermediate/user level skills navigating web-based applications required. Novice skill level with Adobe Flash. Familiar with commercial and military technical publications. Familiar with Adobe (Macromedia) Authorware.
Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Intermediate/user level skills on Adobe Flash and Adobe (Macromedia) Authorware. Intermediate/user level skills with commercial and military technical publications. Intermediate/user level skills with client IPSS (Integrated Product Scheduling System). Intermediate/user level skills with client ATC3 (Aviation Training Content and Control). Intermediate/user level skills with Comply 365.
