Job Description:
The Project Implementation Specialist (ATM/EFT) is responsible for performing the coordination, follow-up and completion of all required project tasks to install a client’s ATM/EFT or make modifications to a client’s existing system. This position will also require the completion of pre-live and live day connectivity tasks to bring ATMs live on the Card Services ATM Driving Platform. Pre-live tasks consist of system and equipment configuration and connectivity pre-tests to ensure a successful day of installation. Project coordination with the client, external ATM/EFT service technicians, multiple internal support teams and other business units to resolve troublesome ATM Installations is essential for ensuring a successful implementation for the scheduled live day. This project is for a single client.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Act as primary project contact for clients and internal groups providing continuous project feedback and status updates to key stakeholders.
• Manage multiple implementation tasks with other internal groups. Implement TCP/IP based networks for ATMs for company EFT clients. Use network analysis tools, such as, a Sniffer to analyze and troubleshoot network connections for ATM installations and troubleshooting connectivity related issues to ensure project completion in accordance with client requirements.
• Develop and maintain professional client relationships and manage expectations with respect to live dates and other key timelines. Ensure that the daily scheduled ATM Implementations / installations are executed and completed with quality and client focus to ensure successful implementations / installations that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Maintain accurate and complete records for all client and internal interaction.
• Provide support of client implementations / installations requiring late night, early morning and weekend tasks.
• Work with project managers and project teams to ensure internal project audit points are managed and tracked. Raise quality risks to management and recommend solutions to keep projects on target.
• Partner within, collaborate and use feedback loops with downstream implementation teams to ensure quality ATM installations.
• Perform other duties as required
Education and Experience:
• B.S. in Telecommunications, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in data communications, including configuring Cisco routers
• CCNA level knowledge of Cisco routers
• Implement and troubleshoot networks transporting ATM transactions utilizing TCP/IP
• Implement and troubleshoot telecommunication networks based on MPLS transport
• Work with Ventus wireless support networks
• Provide advanced troubleshooting support for ATM connectivity installation and operation.
• Understanding of Automatic Teller Machine setup and operation
• Ability to configure routers
• Ability to use MS-Office Suite
• Ability to troubleshoot large TCP/IP networks
• Ability to interface with both technical and non-technical individuals about technical issues

Previous financial services industry, implementations, or installations experience highly desired.
• Previous client services/relationships experience and project management experience.
• Knowledge of ATMs (Automated Teller Machines) or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize projects, issues and tasks. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Proficient computer skills including MS-Office Suite (MS Office skills with emphasis in Excel and Word, Outlook and reporting tools).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate within all levels of clients, internal staff and ATM service Technicians.
• Strong sense of accountability and follow through, effective problem solving skills as well as a commitment to positive solutions and the client experience.
• Team player with the ability to work independently
Ability to work different shifts.- Monday through Saturday 8:30 am to 12 midnight. Must have ability to work late nights, Saturdays and overtime.
• Capable of exercising extreme discretion and independent judgment
