CNC Machinists - 2nd and 3rd shift positions

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is teamed with a leader in the aerospace, defense, and commercial markets. Immediate fulltime/direct hire 2nd and 3rd shift position for experienced CNC Machinists.

Scope of Experience and Responsibilities:

2-5+ years of conventional and/or CNC mills, lathes and tree mills experience.
Experience with Mori Seiki Mills, Haas Lathes/Mills, Bridgeport Mills, CNC Lathes and/or similar systems.
MasterCAM experience is a plus.
Able to work from blueprints and similar documentation.
Experience with tooling and able to run small production work.
Monitor and maintain the condition of cutting tools.
Utilize computer programs to enter part data (i.e. serial number), log time, look up instructions and blueprints and download programs.
Work from instructions, set-up sheets, and method documents to correctly set up machines and inspect machined parts.
Prefer experience with precision/close tolerance parts.
Knowledge of basic inspection techniques.
Ability to use micrometers, functional and cylindrical gauges, comparators, indicator setups, calibration stickers, and scales is a plus.
Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is a plus.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
