Description:
Software Validation & Verification Engineer

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Responsibilities:

Support the development of embedded software, unit testing, and verification artifacts to support DO-178C certification.
Candidate shall possess an active Department of the Defense SECRET clearance (investigation within 5 years is required to start).
Experience with agile software development process (daily scrums and bi-weekly sprints).
Experience with Visual Studio 2015, JIRA, Confluence, GIT and Bitbucket.
Experience with C++ using an object-oriented design. Includes all phases of safety-critical software development, from initial design, development, and demonstration to final documentation, integration, and testing.
Candidate will develop structural coverage analysis for Requirements Based Test (RBT) qualification testing in compliance with DO-178C DAL B.
Candidate shall deliver structural coverage analysis for the Requirements Based Test (RBT) in compliance with DO-178C DAL B for the entire Flight Control Software suite.
Candidate shall deliver a plan to develop embedded software and achieve DO-178C DAL B compliance for the Line Replaceable Unit (LRU).
Candidate shall develop and maintain the following documents:
Plan to develop software that meets DO-178C DAL B
SRS (Software Requirements Spec)
SDD (Software Design Document)
STD (Software Test Description)
Unit Tests and results
Structural Coverage and Analysis
