Mechanical Engineer - Designer CREO (519)

Description:
*This is a 1 year, contract position, which can be located in York PA, Minneapolis or San Jose*

We are seeking a Designer/Draftsperson who has experience using CREO 2.0. Applicant will be modelling and designing for military wire harnesses and assemblies. The work will involve working with layouts, drawings, test plans/reports and procedures encompassing various methodologies include ASME/GD&T and MIL-STDs.

Required:
*5 years’ CURRENT designing/drafting experience using Pro/E CREO 2.0 Parametric.
*Familiar with Visio
*Experience designing to MIL-STD 100 specifications
*Knowledge of ASME Y14.5M-1994 Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
*ASME Y14.24M Engineering drawings and general drafting experience
practices of IAW ASME Y14.100.
*With a 4 year engineering degree, with an AS degree 9 years’ experience above is required,

Preferred:
*DoD designing experience
