Mechanical System Design Engineer

Description:
• Perform preliminary and detail design of aircraft mechanical systems, including flight controls, landing gear and ECS systems.
• Create 3D/2D definition.
• CATIA V5 is a plus.
• Participate in the Engineering definition review, approval and release process
• Support the review of manufacturing plans and procedures to ensure compliance with design requirements
• Support the creation of structural test plans which will be used to verify manufacturing processes meet design intent and requirements.
• Ability/Interest interacting with the shop floor.
