We are currently searching for the right talent to fill this opportunity:

Project Management Specialist 3
(U.S. Citizenship Required*)
Tukwila, WA

• Develop overall project plan consistent with project objectives as defined by the project owner and key stakeholders in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., Agile Framework).
• Work to improve business systems that support project decision makers.
• Lead/Coach others and direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
• Act as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
• Ensure all project control systems within the scope of the project are in place and integrates project data for decision makers.
• Apply SAFe Agile framework to coordinate status for 10 Agile Teams as part of the development team members.
• Lead Epic development across BT&E from people from 11 different sites. Coach Engineers to develop User stories for unique requirements.
• Coordinate user stories with the Product Owners in the Agile Teams.
• Coach SAFe Agile methodologies to team members.
• Create Program Increment Objectives from the user stories. Develop Increment schedules.
• Monitor progress of Objectives during 2-week increments (sprints). Support the integration with the rest of the enterprise.
• Support integration meetings, such as the daily standups, demos, etc.
• Local travel to different company sites to support meetings and workshops as requested.

• Must be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Project.
*U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's and typically 6+ years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
