Join our Human Resources Architecture Excellence Team is as an experienced Workday Business Systems Analysts (BSA) to support our Enterprise HR system management, features releases and change management processes. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, governing and delivering Workday and other HR application solutions that improve our HR function. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, HR subject matter experts, IT business partners, and IT delivery teams. In addition, you will work with stakeholders to gather, understand and document business requirements in order to develop solutions to meet business goals and to lead the management of system and SaaS functionality adoption toolkits, system roadmaps and release planning as well as testing and validation of requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Manage business systems and analyze HR systems including vendor SaaS systems, especially Workday
• Act as application (Workday or other) subject matter expert and deliver ongoing functional application support
• Collaborate with HR Organizations (Centers of Excellence), IT and other experts to translate business requirements into solutions.
• Identify alternatives, assess and evaluate new functionality and configure and validate HR applications using functional system configurations, business process configurations and other tools
• Conduct fit/gap analysis to find gaps and recommend alternatives
• Develop solution design and functional requirements documentation
• Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts and end users
• Work with HR & IT to design system interfaces with 3rd party vendors, ensuring consistent, accurate data flow
• Assist global HR systems projects and work closely with project team to track issues through to resolution
• Resolve requests and queries
• Work closely with project stakeholders to plan implementation of new functionality, discretionary projects and change requests
• Act as a liaison with HR, vendors and IT to ensure effective integration of Workday HCM with external HR solutions and other functional systems
• Work across a team of BSAs to catalog all Workday and other system adoption features to support end-user readiness activities.
• Evaluate/update plans based on new Workday release functionality.
• Build roadmap and project plans.
• Support training as required
• Assist developing and maintaining HR System Architecture standards
• Work with vendor, business and IT on managing system releases and prepare testing plans to confirm that system designs are optimal and validate and verify requirements
• Up to 10% travel

Qualification:
• Required – Real-world system support experience in Workday Human Capital Management
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Ability and experience with facilitating and collaboratively participating in requirements gathering
• Proven ability to conduct comparative solution analyses, fit-gap analyses and employ other business system analysis methods and tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal collaboration skills
• Good project management, cross-functional team collaboration and vendor management skills
Preferred:
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Experience with Team Foundation Services (TFS)
• Strong functional knowledge of HR processes
• Experience working with SaaS vendors
• Business System Analysis certifications

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree and typically 10+ years’ related HR Systems work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 8+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
