PAY RATE: $28.75 per hour

Summary:
Under minimal supervision, assist with the removal, installation, fabrication, and testing of avionics/electrical systems and wire harnesses.
Assist with installations, modifications, and wiring of electrical components per blueprints and engineering drawings.
Maintain required logs and records accurately.
Ensure work complies with regulatory and customer specifications.
Check work for defects before final inspection.
Comply with FOD, tool control, 5S, and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean, organized work area.
Properly maintain shop equipment and tools.
Participate in continuous improvement activities (e.g., YIAW, Kaizen).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics or related work experience, or an avionics certificate with one (1) year of experience.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer and software knowledge.
