Contract Position

This position is supporting the next generation in developing mission critical systems for our national defense. You would be a part of creating the most effective and state of the art technologies for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance supporting the Army, Navy, Air Force, Special Forces, and other Federal Government agencies working with our military.

Provide an opportunity to further advance the cutting-edge technology that supports some of our nation’s core defense/intelligence services and systems. 
Work closely with esteemed customers to develop solutions that allow them to carry out high-stakes national security missions.
Support development of a system-level approach that addresses Nuclear Survivability.
Analyze and decompose customer requirements wrt Nuclear Survivability
Update company chassis specification with appropriate Nuclear Survivability requirements
Collaborate with design team on implementation of Nuclear Survivability requirements
Support requirements definition for component vendors; specifically wrt PSU vendors in creating a supply with a compliant shunt-to-ground off our trigger
Help identify components or component classes to avoid in a chassis and backplane to pass the identified thresholds/testing, regardless of NED
Provide input to design team to help establish pin diode levels for NED triggering per our levels
Support backplane / chassis implementation design reviews


Bachelor's Degree in Reliability, Electrical, Mechanical or Materials Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus 8 years of experience or Master’s degree plus 6 years.
Excellent understanding of Nuclear Survivability engineering processes
Full use and understanding of Reliability engineering concepts, principles, and theories
Highly skilled in communicating issues, impacts, and corrective actions
