What You’ll Do:

Administer maintenance planning database (Infor EAM) for facilities and ground support equipment work orders.
Assist engineering in the creation and revision of electronic records
Resolve issues relating to work orders, procedures, equipment records and planning database as requested, submit repair requests for vendor maintenance as required, and provide planning database user training, navigation and problem resolution assistance to technicians and engineers.
Maintain and revise maintenance procedures and work orders per engineering redlines, direction, and approval.
Close completed work orders as requested.
Ensure and verify equipment under maintenance is up to date in the planning database
Distribute work order to technicians for required maintenance actions based on scheduled intervals and engineering direction.
Maintain system maintenance records.
Release approved procedures and maintain electronic file of latest revisions.
Create status reports and maintenance forecast reports as requested
Develop new/revised company policy, procedures, and standards to respond to a changing business environment, anticipating and avoiding unintended consequences and results.
Viewed as an expert in the field within the company.
Formulate and recommends organizational policy and objectives.
Decision affect the financial, employee, or public relations posture of the organization.
Poor decisions or recommendations normally result in failure to achieve major objectives of the organization.
Work is guided by long-term organizational objectives.
Assignment are self-initiated.
Determine and pursue courses of action necessary to obtain desired results.
Work is checked through consultation and agreement with others rather than through supervisory review.
Provide mentorship to others to further their discipline or the company.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree combined with 9 + years of relevant work experience.
