Description:
Facilities strategic planning
AutoCAD
Space utilization database
Facilities standards
Business projections
Construction management
Estimating
Schedule
Outside contractors and in-house labor
Capital and operating expense budgets forecasting and tracking,
Compliance with Federal, State, and LA City codes, guidelines, and regulations.
Supervise multi-skilled maintenance staff to satisfy customer trouble calls, preventive maintenance, and Facilities infrastructure to include:
HVAC
Lighting
Electrical
Janitorial and landscaping
Fire and life safety systems
Communication systems
Hazardous waste
Coordinate work of contractors from multiple trades
Interfaces with customers to accommodate program and contractual requirements
