Job Description:
The analyst will provide inbound Call Center support to Lockheed Martin employees, security professionals and government agencies.
Security is responsible for processing government security clearances for employees world-wide. Routine calls in the Call Center may include questions from employees on how to complete their Personnel Security Clearance paperwork, security clearance status, incoming and outbound visits.

Duties would also include, but are not limited to, processing domestic and international visits, Non-Disclosure Agreements, system access requests for the Joint Personnel Adjudication System and other routine duties in an industrial security office.

Minimum Requirements:
(Education, years of experience, specific skills or tools, etc.)
• High School Diploma is required.

• 0-5 years’ Work Experience – 0-5 (This is an hourly, entry level equivalent role)

• Skills – Customer Service or Personnel Security desired, but not required.
