Position Title: Production Control Support Spec
REQ #: 006

Manager is looking for someone who would be successful in an office environment and has good computer skills. Experience working in a manufacturing environment would be a plus.*

Status: Contractor Only
Number of Positions: 1
Shift: M,T,W,Th 10 Hours, Friday Off
6:00am to 4:30pm. Or 6:30am to 5:00pm
Length of Contract 12 month duration with the potential to convert to full time after 90 days
Full/Part Time: Full Time
Pay Rate: $18-26 Per Hour DOE

Job Description
Releases and compiles shop orders to maintain schedule for the manufacture of industrial and commercial products to support production control. Compiles records concerning quantity, cost, and type of material received, shipped, in stock or inventory, and/or in production. Assists in determining possible and actual shortages and may initiate action to correct these deficiencies. Perform transactions to support shop order changes for production. Prepares reports as required.

Skills Requirement for Position:
• Extensive data entry experience and skills is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Power Point is required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment would be a plus.
• Experienced in Production Control or manufacturing environment preferred. Experience or working knowledge of MRP or ERP systems preferred.
