Part Sales Support Specialist I

Inconen is looking for a Part Sales Support Specialist I for our client, a well-known Aerospace Company, in Savannah, GA.

** Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident **

Unique Skills:
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel and outlook, strong customer service skills, sales skills. -Familiarity with Corridor and/or SAP is a plus, but not required.

Education and Experience Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
-Entry level position.
-Relevant experience preferred.

Position Purpose:
-Under general supervision, perform the activities associated with Part Sales Support domestic order processing.
-Ensure orders are processed in accordance with established regulatory guidelines.
-Research customer problems, issues or complaints in support of resolution.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
-Process domestic parts sales orders through effective decision-making, to ensure orders are processed in accordance with regulatory guidelines and adhere to identified processes and procedures.
-Maintain a basic understanding of domestic parts order processing requirements and procedures.
-Process customer requirements to include formal quotes and order processing.
-Ensure export compliance checks and Quality/Certification requirements including but not limited to FAA, EASA, CAAC.
-Responsible for direct customer contact on in-stock part shipments.
-Liaise with expeditors to ensure seamless and transparent turnover of all out-of-stock orders
-Determine Warranty, AOS or Plane Parts applicability for each customer order transaction.
-Establish customer relationships.

Additional Functions:
-Support continuous improvement efforts within the Part Sales Support organization.
-Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:
-Basic knowledge of associated processes in relation to customer service and parts shipping and logistics preferred.
-Ability to communicate effectively and confidently.
-Basic knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
