This position is located in Nagoya, Japan.
Minimum of 15-20 years experience as a PRA ( Particular Risk Assessment) Manager who has ample knowledge of fire- protection engineering. Experience in PRA related to fire, smoke and explosion.
Experience in making adjustments to meet FAA requirements. Draw up and review RPA reports for TC acquisition. Familiar with FAA changes in recent aircraft development such as B787 and A350 programs. Provide guidance to engineers. Specialist who has knowledge in engineering 2D nacelles who can examine fire prevention measures. Have ample experience negotiating with various suppliers such as UTAS. Knowledge of ATA26 Fire Protection. Knowledge in relevant areas ( interior, electric wires, air-con, structure, etc.) who can extract requirements on fire prevention taking these areas into account. Has experience in engineering APU and who can examine and critique fire prevention measures. Must have knowledge in engine and relevant systems, can extract options for solutions and can proceed with examination of cases through trade of studies.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering
International experience desirable
Ability to create and lead a team of engineers that can meet all particular engineering requirements
Must be able to stay in Japan a minimum of 3-5 years or until final certification
