Software Project/Program Manager

Location: Centennial, CO
Pay Rate: DOE
Duration: 1 Year W2 Contract
Shift: First
**MUST be a U.S. CITIZEN; NO DUAL CITIZENSHIP**

Description:
-Execute program management responsibilities for the software development lifecycle.
-Responsible for planning and defining scope and task sequence, team coordination, resource planning, developing schedules, managing risk, time estimating, cost estimating, and developing a budget.
-Overall planning, execution and management of their project/program.
-This includes integrated schedule management, technical, cost and contract performance including Earned Value Management as well as development and maintenance of Risk Burndown Plans.
-Coordinate closely with Chief Engineer, Systems Engineer, Project Lead, business management, and partner with Company Functions, and Operations organizations to achieve program/project objectives.
-Provide the primary point of contact with their customers.
-Support Program Management Reviews (PMR) with the customer and internal to Company.

Requirements:
-Bachelors degree or higher
-Software project/program management experience
-Earned Value Management experience
-Integrated scheduling experience
