Master Minimum Equipment List Specialist

Scope of Work
The following activities, but not limited to, are expected to be conducted;
l  Execution of Master Minimum Equipment List development and related activities at working-level.
l  Updating and creating MMEL justification analyses. Be capable of delivering high quality work autonomously.
l  Updating and creating Dispatch Deviations Guide maintenance and operational procedures to support MMEL contents.
l  Coordinating MMEL and associated manuals’ contents with design and safety engineering and the customers.
l  Planning, coordinating, observing MMEL validation and verification activities and reflect its results into MMEL.
l  Coordinating with authorities (JCAB, FAA, and EASA) for MMEL approval throughout FOEB review.
l  Assist in the development of the process of updating MMEL. Monitoring airline’s MEL operation, evaluating and updating MMEL documentation process, authority approval process, etc.
l  Monitoring and supporting airline’s MEL operation after aircraft Entry into Service.
l  Updating and obtain authorities approval for future MMEL revisions.
l  Providing expertise to support the publication of the MMEL and associated documents and manuals.

To be a successful candidate, you must have the following technical requirements:
l  An engineering degree.
l  At least 5 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance / Operations.
l  At least 3 years of MMEL development experience. Experience of coordination with airworthiness authorities and airlines regarding MMEL and support documentation. Knowledge of CS MMEL and FAA MMEL system (FOEB, Policy Letters, etc.).
l  Experience of maintenance and operational procedures development.
l  Airline support experience regarding MMEL / MEL, supporting documentation.
l  Business Level English Skills.
You must also have:
l  Availability for Domestic and International Business Trips.
l  Availability to Establish Residence in Nagoya.
l  Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
l  Candidate must be able to actively take initiative to complete work under their responsibility. 
l  Possess multi-tasking skills.
l  Promote safety culture. Assume responsibilities. Have a spirit of teamwork and collaboration.
l  Promote and enhance work rationalization; create and modify processes to enhance business efficiency.
l  Adapt to the multicultural environment of Company.
