Job Summary:
Performs a variety of operations to manufacture, assemble and/or refurbish aircraft parts and structures such as F-16 canopies, F-35 canopies, and C-130 sub-assembly components. Assemblies can require controlled tooling as well as build to print. Tasks include aligning parts on jigs using both templates and fixtures. Performs part-fitting operations such as minor filing, sawing, burring, crimping, trimming, framing, drilling, reaming, riveting, countersinking, and cold working. Measures parts with a variety of methods to verify dimensions. May modify incomplete and complete assemblies to incorporate changes and perform repairs. Works from blueprint diagrams, drawings, specifications, and shop orders. Monitors and verifies quality and develops corrective action. Performs other duties as assigned. No relocation assistance provided.

Job Description:
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Mathematical ability to perform and/or understand the calculations used in assigned areas and ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications and technical data.
3 + years in metal fabrication is desired.
Must have some experience of CNC Mills, Routers, Brake and Roll Press.
Be able to read and fabricate to Blue Prints specifications.
Able to demonstrate and perform lay-out of sheet metal and extrusion parts.
Must be willing to operate varying machines based on work load requirements.
Competently uses computers and other systems to access, maintain, manipulate data.
Must be a team player, can multi-task and get along with other team members, the desire to learn and accept several fabrication job functions.
Must exhibit a genuine desire to achieve team goals. A positive attitude and dependability is a must for this position.

Required Skills
1 year of CNC Mills, Routers, Brake and Roll Press experience is required.
3 + years in metal fabrication is desired.

• Confirmation of Shift required
Shift: M,T,W,Th 10 Hours, Friday Off
1st Shift 6:00am to 4:30pm
2nd Shift 5pm – 3:30am
