Quality Control Inspector III - 3rd Shift

Description:
A Quality Control Inspector III - 3rd Shift job in Louisville, CO is currently available through Belcan. In this role, you will be responsible for visually inspecting materials, parts, and products at different stages of production, as well as recording observations and making recommendations for improving processes. To be considered for this role, you will have a High School Diploma or GED and typically 3+ years of relevant experience.

Quality Control Inspector III - 3rd Shift Job duties:

* Perform precision laser alignment & laser tracking model functions and reporting.
* Perform FARO arm inspections and reporting.
* Perform accurate mechanical, physical and visual inspection of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies per Inspection Plans, drawings and other specification requirements.
* Read and interpret specifications and part prints.
* Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment is up to date prior to conducting inspection operations.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* 2-5 years' experience in a Manufacturing Quality Control environment.
* Familiar with various metrology equipment and lab setup techniques. (FARO Vantage CMM, Creaform C-Track/Metrascan 750, and FARO Quantum Arm).
* Previous mechanical inspection background with ability to use basic hand measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges etc.).
* Proficient in GD&T.

Pay Range: Up to $29.50/hr DOE
