An Instructional Design Specialist II job is available with our client in Broomfield, CO. This is a Hybrid/Remote role. In this role you will be responsible for using your skills and expertise to expand in-house learning programs and practices including identifying learning needs, creating training that skills our employees for more responsible positions, and increasing effectiveness of training. To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelors Degree in Education, Psychology, Instructional or Graphic Design, or a related field of study and typically 3 or more years of relevant experience.

Instructional Design Specialist II Job Duties:
* Responsible for creating e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and training reference materials.
* Responsible for developing criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training.
* Focus on refining the design of training using Instructional Design best practices.
* Work with an experienced team of learning professionals and to expand your experience in Adult Learning Theory, e-learning methods, project management, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) management.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelors degree in Education, Psychology, Instructional or Graphic Design, or related field of study and typically 3+ years of related work experience.
* Extensive knowledge of Instructional Design and Adult Learning principles.
* Experience working with high level stakeholders and SMEs.
* Experience managing training projects from analysis to evaluation.
* Strong working knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate).
* Basic experience with LMSes (Workday, Cornerstone, etc.)
