A Facilities Maintenance Technician IV job is available with our client in Louisville, CO. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facilities, electrical systems, machines, equipment, and tools. To be considered for this role, you will have a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 10 or more years of relevant experience.

Facilities Maintenance Technician IV Job Duties:
* Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facilities, electrical systems, machines, equipment, and tools.
* Conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections.
* Find repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience.
* Progressive experience with the safe use of tools and equipment.
* Experience working with hand and power tools.
* Valid driver's license.
