Seeking individual who is willing to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment covering multiple programs within the assembly tooling organization. The Candidate must provide and project an atmosphere focused on teambuilding and collaboration across multiple individuals and across multiple shifts.

Candidate will support assembly tooling operations across multiple sites & shifts in the areas of business & customer operations and related processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.

The candidate will be responsible for weekly updates of data bases, developing/creating and presenting visibility presentations that provide the team with project updates, issues, risks and work flow forecasts.

The candidate will have daily interaction with internal and external customers with respect to product scheduling, problem resolution, and process improvement.

Proficient with all Microsoft platforms including Excel, Project, and PowerPoint. Candidate may be required to work & support any shift as well as overtime as necessary.

The candidate may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.

Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.

Basic Qualifications:

•Candidate must have the ability to obtain/maintain a DOD Secret Clearance
•Must be familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Bachelors degree

Preferred Qualifications:

•Aerospace manufacturing experience is a preferred.
•Ability to work within an aerospace production environment with an emphasis on tooling operations and production interface is preferred.
•Must have the ability to work and communicate with various levels of peers and leadership through written and verbal communications.
