Electrical Design Engineer - Contract - CA

Keltia Design Inc. is a technical services company providing training, engineering design, and a broad range of recruiting services to customers in the Aerospace industry on a permanent and contractual basis.

Our Client is seeking an Aerospace Electrical Design Engineer: Responsibilities include the design, development, qualification, and documentation of technical data packages, which are used for electrical systems modification programs involving commercial transport category aircraft. Additionally, provide engineering support for existing manufactured product through investigation, problem resolution, ECN/EO and drawing revision documentation.
Relevant experience creating wiring diagrams, wire lists, schematics, routing and clipping installation drawings, and wire harness fabrication drawings. Airbus experience is a plus. Note, an understanding of ATA Chapter Codes, the use of aircraft manuals (IPC, M/M, and W/D), and the use of electrical production illustration drawings is desirable. Proficiency in ASME Y14.100 practices and Y14.5 standards is a plus.
A Bachelor degree preferred with advanced experience utilizing CATIA V5 is desired.
