Description:
H-47 Aircraft aircrew Subject Matter Expert for The client. Responsible for the defining, development and instruction of courseware for International H-47 Customers. As the Pilot SME, the employee will evaluate pilot, instructor pilot, maintenance test pilot and Flight Engineer curriculum IAW a systematic process, ensuring curriculum completeness, assess depth of material, and recommend improvements to the training program. Directly interface with engineering design, development, and flight test teams and participates as an Aircrew expert across product lines. Develop, update, modify, and maintain currency of curriculum to support platform specific training. Assess training, syllabus, and mission scenarios for effectiveness and recommend improvements to the training program. Conduct training to International Customer Students in a classroom setting, as well as using training devices and actual customer aircraft for practical hands on application. Presented training to H-47 Customer Students both in the US and oversees using superior communication and instructional skills. Provide analysis of existing testing methods and recommend changes to improve training baseline, ensuring proficiency of training objectives. Create lessons, review syllabi and recommend changes/enhancements to training agenda. Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials.

Develops technical proposals for high performance aircrew training. Determines customer requirements and develops training courses and materials to satisfy requirements. Teaches developed courses using a variety of media and training devices. Assesses participant learning and adjusts presentation to ensure successful understanding by all students. Mentors other team members. Works under minimal direction.

Must have recent Chinook experience. Must have Chinook courseware and instructional experience.

Education / Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
