Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance: Execute complex periodic preventive maintenance inspections, procedures, and tasks with precision.

• Data Management: Process work requests and data through our Computerized Maintenance Management System, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Equipment Repairs: Tackle equipment repairs and facility issues, demonstrating the ability to operate and maintain power sweepers, forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.

• Maintenance Mastery: Perform daily inspections and minor maintenance on various equipment, including power sweepers, forklifts, scissor lifts, air compressors, and rotating machinery.

• Skilled Craftsmanship: Exhibit your skills in arc welding, soldering, brazing, and other trades as needed.

• Precision Instruments: Utilize various electrical and mechanical measuring devices, including micrometers, depth gauges, voltmeters, and calipers, to ensure precision.

• Technical Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of pipe fitting, shop hand tools, drills and taps, bearings, belts, seals, lubrication, pumps, and motors.

• Tech Savviness: Showcase your proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, adding an extra layer of versatility to your role.

• Safety First: Hold a forklift certificate and maintain a valid driver's license, prioritizing safety in all operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, with a preference for an Associate's degree or equivalent certifications in a related field.

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for effective collaboration.

• Experience: A minimum of two years of related experience and training, preferably in industrial maintenance, sets you up for success in this role.

• Physical Abilities: Be prepared to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, ensuring you're equipped for the physical demands of the role.
